Step 1:To process rice paddy into white rice,you should remove impurities first,because the stone and iron will damage the rice mill machines.
Step 2:After all impurities are removed,you can hull the rice paddy into brown rice by below machines.
Step 3:Now we will mill the brown rice into white rice.
Our experienced engineers designed the combination of these three machines to do a perfect job.First,they can whiten rice paddy completely with a shining surface,then they can lower the broken rate.
Step 4:Now that the rice paddy has become white rice but there are some broken rice in it.You need to remove it if you hope to get better quality.
Step 5:The rice is with good shape now but there is some bad yellow and black rice in it.We need a color sorter as below:
Step 6:Here is the last step:Pack our perfect white rice into bags.The bag can be 10~50kg or 1~5kg,as you like.
